Pure and Simple

We help fund PURE, the Clean Planet Trust whose aim is to meet the proposed UK’s government standards for carbon offsetting.

Environmental concerns

Climate change is set to be one of the major issues of our generation. With the impact of global warming becoming of greater concern, Club Velocitá is now taking action.

We believe that Club Velocitá lessens the burden that these supercars place on the environment, as we effectively offer a car-sharing scheme. For every 8 members that join we reduce the amount of cars on the road by about 5. Members can reduce carbon emissions further by using more fuel-efficient cars for their daily commute. We would be happy to advise our members on their choice of day-to-day vehicles.

We accept our business contributes to carbon dioxide output and we will invest to reduce that impact. Therefore, we have chosen to contribute to the Pure the Clean Planet Trust (UK registered charity No. 1112249) that meets the proposed UK Government Code of Best Practice for carbon offsetting and hence only uses regulated (Kyoto) carbon credits.

Over the year we will monitor our cars' mileage against fuel consumption and we will contribute proportionately to Pure . Details of Club Velocitá donations will be available for members to review on the website.
